Many PDF viewers rotate the view only temporarily and forget it when the file is closed. This tool changes the rotation setting inside the PDF, so the new orientation carries over when it is opened in any app.
The page content is not redrawn or recompressed. Only the display direction changes, so quality stays the same and the file size barely changes.
Scans are often mixed: some pages upright, some on their side. Rotate only the wrong pages with the buttons on each thumbnail, while Rotate all suits a document where every page has the same orientation.

No. Everything runs in your browser, so documents such as contracts, diplomas or payslips never leave your device. You can test it yourself: open the tool page, wait a moment, disconnect from the internet, then choose a PDF. With an ordinary PDF, the tool keeps working.
Password-protected PDFs can’t be processed with this tool yet, and it will tell you if you choose one. Unlock the file first with the Unlock PDF tool on Tipamedia (you need the correct password), then try again.
