By using the Tipamedia site and tools, you agree to the terms below. Give them a quick read; they are kept simple on purpose.

Acceptance of terms

These terms apply to the tipamedia.com website and all the free tools on it, which are operated by Tipamedia. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. How we handle data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Free tools

The tools are provided free and as is. We try to keep the results accurate, but calculation and conversion results are only an aid and are not professional advice on finance, tax, health or law.

Double-check important results before you rely on them, for example tax, installment or body mass index calculations. We may change, add or discontinue a tool at any time without notice.

For the tax calculators (PPh 21, PPh Final for MSMEs), THR and zakat in particular, results are estimates based on the regulations or benchmarks we refer to as of the date shown on each tool page. Rules can change and every person’s situation is different, so the results are not an official calculation, not a fatwa, and must not be used as the sole basis for tax reporting, wage payment or paying zakat. For official figures, consult your employer, the Directorate General of Taxes, the labor authorities or an official zakat institution.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site or tools to break the law or the rights of others;
  • interfere with the performance or security of the site, including through excessive automated requests;
  • copy the whole site or its content in bulk for republication;
  • claim our tools or content as your own work.

Intellectual property rights

The text, design, code and brand of Tipamedia on this site are protected by copyright and other related rights. You may quote a small portion if you credit the source and link to the original page.

The data you enter into the tools, and the results you get, remain yours.

Our services

Information about services on this site is not a binding offer. The scope, schedule and cost of a project are agreed in writing in a separate proposal or contract.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tipamedia is not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site and tools, including loss of data or profit. The site is provided without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Using the site after an update means you accept the new version. The date of the last revision is shown at the top of the page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be settled through mutual consultation.
