How to use QR Code Generator

  1. Choose a QR type: Text/URL, WiFi, WhatsApp or Email.

  2. Fill in the data. The QR code updates instantly as you type.

  3. Adjust the colors, size and error correction level if needed, then download the PNG or SVG.

Tips for a QR code that scans easily

Use high contrast: dark modules on a light background. Avoid inverting the colors, and keep the white margin around the code. For print, make it at least about 2 × 2 cm, and test it with several phones before printing in bulk.

Download PNG for screens and social media, and SVG for print (banners, packaging, brochures), because vectors stay sharp at any size.

Static and dynamic QR codes

QR codes from this tool are static: the data is embedded directly in the image, never expires, and does not depend on any third-party service. The trade-off is that the destination cannot be changed after printing and scans are not tracked. If you need scan statistics or a destination you can edit, you need a dynamic QR code backed by a system of its own.

Questions about QR Code Generator

Can this QR code expire?

No. A static QR code stores its data inside the image, so it keeps working as long as the data you entered is correct.

What is the error correction level (L, M, Q, H)?

It is how well the QR code can still be read when part of it is damaged or covered: L about 7%, M about 15%, Q about 25% and H about 30%. The higher the level, the denser the pattern.

Should I download PNG or SVG?

PNG for screens and social media. SVG for print, because it is a vector and does not blur when enlarged.

How do I make a WiFi QR code?

Choose the WiFi type, then enter the network name (SSID), the password and the security type. Modern phones can join the network directly when they scan the code.

Can I use it commercially without a watermark?

Yes. The QR codes you create are entirely yours, with no watermark and no limit on how many you make.

Is my data sent to a server?

No. The QR code is created in your browser, so what it contains never leaves your device.
