Use Reorder PDF Pages

Your file is processed on your device and never sent to a server.

How to use Reorder PDF Pages

  1. Choose or drag one PDF file. Thumbnails of all pages will appear.

  2. Drag a thumbnail to a new position, or use the move buttons under each page. The Reverse order button flips the whole document.

  3. Click Save new order, then download the resulting PDF.

Drag, or move with buttons

On a computer, you can drag a thumbnail to a new position. On a phone, or if you use a keyboard, use the arrow buttons under each page to move it one step forward or back. Both ways give the same result, and position changes are announced for screen readers.

The number under a thumbnail is that page’s new position. You can recognize the original page from its thumbnail.

Mind the bookmarks and forms

Pages are copied into a new document in the order you set, without recompression, so the content quality stays the same. Bookmarks and interactive form fields are not carried over to the result.

Questions about Reorder PDF Pages

Can I move a page a long way?

Yes. On a computer, drag the thumbnail straight to its destination. On a touch screen or with a keyboard, press the arrow buttons several times; for a very long PDF, a computer is more comfortable.

Does the page quality change?

No. Pages are only moved, not redrawn or recompressed.

Is my PDF uploaded to a server?

No. Everything runs in your browser, so documents such as contracts, diplomas or payslips never leave your device. You can test it yourself: open the tool page, wait a moment, disconnect from the internet, then choose a PDF. With an ordinary PDF, the tool keeps working.

What about password-protected PDFs?

Password-protected PDFs can’t be processed with this tool yet, and it will tell you if you choose one. Unlock the file first with the Unlock PDF tool on Tipamedia (you need the correct password), then try again.

What is the maximum PDF size?

100 MB per file. This limit keeps the browser, especially on phones, from running out of memory. Files that large can feel slow; if it stalls, close other tabs or try a computer.
