The JP wage cap changes every March

The Pension Security wage cap is adjusted every year under PP 45/2015 (Government Regulation). It was Rp10,547,400 from March 2025 and rose to Rp11,086,300 from March 2026, according to BPJS Employment. Some sites still show the old figure, so check your source.

What is not calculated

Job Loss Security (JKP) is not calculated because it does not reduce workers’ pay. The wage floor (UMK or UMP, regional minimum wage) for the contribution basis, rounding by BPJS, and special provisions such as contribution relaxation programs are also not covered. Workers who are not wage earners have a different contribution scheme.
