When to use each format
UPPERCASE suits emphasis and abbreviations. Title Case works for article headlines and product names. Sentence case is for ordinary sentences, for example when text came out in all capitals because Caps Lock was on.
For programmers: camelCase and PascalCase are common for variables and class names, snake_case for Python and database column names, kebab-case for URLs and CSS classes, and CONSTANT_CASE for constants.
